Job Summary

  • Perform activities in the human resource area under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, which include but not limited to positive employee relations, assist with the external hourly hiring process, the onboarding process, and all associated HR activities for new hires thereafter, etc.

Summary of Essential Job Functions 

  • Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, this role will be the point of contact for all new hire employees relative to onboarding, 1st Week Engagement forms, 30-60-90 Day Evaluations, and positive employee relations activity.
  • Provide positive customer service to our workforce to address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns, such as benefits-related questions.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents and HR Metrics, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, performance evaluation forms and more.
  • Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues.
  • Assist with the Performance Counseling process.
  • Be a proactive participant in complying with Federal, State and Local safety regulations, as well as maintain a clean and orderly work area(s).
  • Authority to stop production in the event unsafe parts or conditions appear.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or Manager or other TTD Leadership, which may be outside the scope of responsibilities noted above.

Minimum requirements •

  • A Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources or equivalent. Four (4) years of progressive HR experience can be suitable in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of progressive Human Resources related skill, knowledge, or experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification desired.
  • Meet or exceed the job requirements of the job.
  • Identified candidates must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays) or have a flexible scheduled to meet the company needs.
